Clientside Portfolio Surveyor - Scotland in Midlothian

Job description

Are you looking for a clientside role where you can manage a varied investment portfolio? Our client is looking for a proven estate management surveyor to join the team to undertake all aspects of estates, property and asset management, maximising income by increasing the efficiency and growing the number of assets.
You will manage external consultants in respect of the day to day property management, address vacant space, identify new development opportunities and implement asset initiatives to maximise capital and income growth.  You should ideally be MRICS qualified with minimum of 5 years+ proven experience in commercial property / estates management.
