Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a solid background in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems, specifically with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) exposure. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver MAWM implementations and enhancements as part of large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MAWM implementation or enhancement projects across warehouse and logistics functions.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, business), system integrators, and Manhattan Associates where applicable.
- Drive requirement gathering, solution workshops, and functional reviews in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality expectations.
- Report project status to leadership, provide actionable insights, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing oversight, change management, and handoff to operational teams post go-live.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Supply Chain or WMS projects.
- Proven experience in Manhattan Active WM or earlier versions (Active, SCALE, WMOS) as part of large implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Shipping, and Inventory Management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors in an Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a global/multi-cultural environment and manage remote teams.
