Partnership Lead – Co-branded Credit Card Programme

Location: London | Hybrid

Salary: £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A high-growth digital lender is seeking a Partnership Lead to join its Commercial team and take full ownership of a new co-branded credit card initiative, developed in collaboration with a major global brand.

This is a key strategic role where you’ll be the primary contact for the partner, driving the successful launch and long-term growth of the programme in the UK. You'll play a central role in customer acquisition, proposition development, and performance analysis—shaping the direction of a major product with significant visibility across the business.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including Operations, Tech, Risk, and Marketing, taking full responsibility for delivery, reporting, and programme optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end performance and delivery of a new co-branded credit card proposition
  • Act as the main point of contact for the brand partner, ensuring alignment across both organisations
  • Lead all reporting and governance processes, including weekly trading updates and monthly reviews
  • Drive acquisition across multiple channels, such as digital, in-store, display, and social
  • Develop and refine propositions using customer insights, test-and-learn activity, and performance data
  • Represent the programme internally, securing buy-in and influencing prioritisation and resourcing decisions

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong marketing or commercial experience within a regulated environment—ideally consumer credit
  • Highly analytical, with experience working with customer, channel, and portfolio performance data
  • Proven ability to build compelling business cases and influence senior stakeholders
  • Track record of managing large budgets and external agencies or partners
  • Broad acquisition channel knowledge, including experience with testing and optimisation
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in travel, retail, or hospitality sectors is a plus
