Senior - Lead Designer

10+ years design experience (in a Creative Agency)

£40k-£45k exp depending

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in-studio, 2 days WFH)

9.30 – 5.30 | No late nights | No pitching

We’re Persona.Studio, a purpose-driven design studio working across outdoor, luxury retail, hospitality, and the arts. We believe in thoughtful, impactful design and a collaborative, supportive work culture.

Who We’re Looking For

A senior design individual to bring something new to the studio, help work with and inspire our design team. You’ll be part of a small team where ideas, creativity, and collaboration are valued. This role is a semi-transitional role for someone looking to take the next step from their Senior Design role, but still wants to be a hands on designer.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Creative Director at a concept level
• Defining and delivering front end creative thinking 
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of design standards
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong communication
• Conceptual design thinking.
• Portfolio of work
