Type: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 per annum

A highly regarded UK law firm is looking to appoint a talented Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its award-winning Employment practice. This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of the team, driving legal excellence, know-how, innovation, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and core know-how
  • Track and analyse legal developments, keeping internal teams and clients informed
  • Design and deliver internal training programmes and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Collaborate with fee-earners, business development, and innovation teams on legal content and tools
  • Produce thought leadership, client briefings, and practice updates


Requirements

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law (Contentious or non-contentious experience considered)
  • Deep technical knowledge and a genuine interest in the development of employment law
  • Clear, confident communication and drafting skills
  • Prior experience in a law firm or in-house team (PSL experience welcomed but not essential)
