Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a prestigious and forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit a talented Surveyor to join their high-performing Lease Consultancy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career and collaborate with industry leaders in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The Role

Based in the Bristol office, you'll provide expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and broader lease consultancy matters across office, retail, and industrial assets in the West Country and South Wales-with opportunities to support national projects.

You'll also offer strategic input on break clauses, lease restructuring, dilapidations, and other leasehold matters.

With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or possibly Associate who's ready to make an impact and bring fresh thinking to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on commercial rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Advise on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and third-party procedures.
• Draft approval reports and provide strategic consultancy on leasehold issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to fee growth.
  
  

✅ What We're Looking For

• RICS-qualified Surveyor with lease advisory experience.
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
• Confident in Excel and report writing.
