Our client, REEBOK, a global sportswear brand, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for their London office. The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive digital presence, focusing on performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and campaign execution across owned and paid channels. This role is crucial to accelerating consumer engagement, conversion, and growth through data-led, consumer-first digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across performance, programmatic, paid social, and display
• Work closely with e-commerce and content teams to optimize consumer journeys and campaign effectiveness
• Manage SEO and SEM strategy in collaboration with global and local partners
• Oversee CRM communications and customer segmentation for UK campaigns
• Track, report, and optimize campaigns against KPIs and budget
• Align all digital activity with seasonal brand strategy and long-term marketing vision

Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Proven ability to drive performance through digital media channels
• Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
• Strong commercial acumen and data literacy
