We're working with a globally recognised name in the sports space one that sits at the intersection of live events, innovation, and high-performance entertainment to hire a Commercial Lawyer (1.5–3 years PQE) into their Legal Team.


This is a unique opportunity to join a business that delivers world-class sporting events watched by millions, and to work on high-profile matters across hospitality, sponsorships and licensing to name a few.


The Role

You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating:

  • Sponsorship agreements
  • Hospitality and event access deals
  • Licensing arrangements for merchandise and IP
  • Trackside activation and media rights agreements
  • Strategic partnership, consultant and ambassador agreements
  • NDAs, MOUs, and ancillary contracts for race discussions and venue activations


You’ll also support internal stakeholders across marketing, commercial, digital, procurement, and data protection functions, acting as a trusted legal advisor across the business.


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 1.5–3 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally from a top City, US or West End firm, or a well-regarded in-house legal team
  • Is experienced in a wide range of commercial contracts, ideally with some sports, sponsorship, or IP exposure
  • Is commercially minded and confident navigating fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Has strong technical grounding in English law, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative legal team that works at the heart of a global organisation
