Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, past applicants, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Engage passive candidates using different recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Write, post, and manage compelling and inclusive job adverts tailored to target audiences.
  • Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish a hiring plan and provide market insights.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and support DE&I initiatives across the whole process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain regular contact with placed candidates to support retention and engagement.
  • Leverage innovative tools and technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and screening solutions, to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Act as a problem-solver in our recruitment lifecycle — identify bottlenecks, rethink processes, and implement improvements.
  • Represent Aubay in events such as recruitment fair, networking events and university partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment policies, templates, and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally a mix of agency and in-house environment.
  • Familiarity recruiting for Trading, IT, Data and ML/AI space.
  • Extensive sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools/techniques.
  • Leverage innovative tools and technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and screening solutions, to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in Financial Services and Energy industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Understanding of the UK employment market and recruitment best practices.
  • Understanding of GDPR and employment law as it relates to recruitment.


Desirable

  • Experience recruiting to multiple locations in the UK and the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other language, ideally French or Arabic.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in recruitment technology, and proactively explore ways to integrate AI and automation into the hiring process.
  • Availability for occasional trips to Northern Ireland and/or the Middle East
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO for job ads is a plus
