A growing brand is looking for a strategic and hands-on People Operations Specialist to elevate its people experience across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of people operations across onboarding, reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
• Optimise HR systems and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
• Develop and provide a seamless process for people services.
• Drive forward-thinking policy development and compliance across multiple geographies.
• Ensure a high-performing payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness globally.
• Support People Team strategic initiatives and manage end-to-end HR projects.

Skills:

• CIPD or equivalent qualification.
• Proven HR Operations experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
• Demonstrated success in managing HR systems and leading HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational demands.
