The position focuses on delivering high-quality legal services using innovative technology and structured delivery models. It’s ideal for someone looking to move away from traditional private practice and into a role that combines legal expertise with modern service delivery.

  • Provide practical, timely advice to client stakeholders, supported by legal tech and project management tools.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team using platforms such as Orbital Witness and HighQ.
  • Maintain consistency and best practices across ALS and broader real estate matters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal client teams and act as a trusted advisor.

About the Team

  • Operates as a “one-stop shop” for all real estate asset management work.
  • Embedded within a broader real estate practice group, but focused solely on one key client account.
  • Led by experienced partners with deep knowledge of the client’s business and property portfolio.
  • Encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and the use of emerging legal technologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate law (England & Wales), ideally with retail sector experience.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic about legal innovation and continuous learning.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.

What’s Offered

  • A flexible working model with remote options and occasional office visits.
  • Structured support, training, and access to legal tech and innovation programmes.
  • A genuine work-life balance with hours aligned to in-house legal teams.
  • Opportunities for career development within a forward-thinking legal services team.
