Design Lead (UI Focus) - Agency - Up to £95,000

Hybrid – 2 days/week in London

We’re partnering with a top-tier digital agency known for crafting thoughtful, user-first experiences that look as good as they feel. They work with ambitious clients on projects that span industries, platforms, and new technologies, and they’re now looking for a Design Lead to help shape and elevate that work even further.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s grounded in product thinking, but leans heavily into visual design... Someone who knows how to make interfaces sing, push the craft, and inspire teams to go further. If you’re the kind of designer who loves sweating the details, experimenting with AI tools, and setting the creative bar high, you’ll feel right at home here!

What you’ll do:

• Lead multidisciplinary product design projects from concept to delivery, with a focus on exceptional visual execution
• Be hands-on in the design process - sketching, prototyping, and refining ideas with the team
• Play with and integrate emerging tools (like AI) into your process, whether for ideation, prototyping, or visual exploration
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to solve complex problems beautifully

What we’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio that shows stunning UI and interaction design, paired with solid UX foundations
• Experience leading product design work end-to-end in fast-paced agency environments
• An eye for detail, a love for visual systems, and a high bar for craft
• Curiosity and confidence exploring new tools - especially AI, generative design, or emerging creative tech
• Someone excited to work in a studio environment balancing different challenges, clients, and creative opportunities

Salary: Up to £95,000 + profit share + benefits
