We’re working exclusively with a forward-thinking, high-growth and high-impact organisation looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month contract. We’re looking for someone who can blend commercial insight, organisational development, and people-first thinking to drive business performance.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation within a team who have achieved some major milestones over the past few years. You’ll be a true partner, supporting and leading the delivery of people initiatives that align with commercial goals leaving a lasting impact during an incredibly exciting time for this business.

What will you be doing?

• Support stakeholders to translate their goals into actionable people plans
• Provide key HR advice and support across performance, engagement and development
• Support with Change projects with a people first approach
• Assist in embedding values within your business unit
• Partner with managers and the talent team with talent planning
• Work closely with the ER team
• Champion a values driven culture

This role suits a passionate HR Generalist with a drive to learn and develop, our client has some incredibly exciting projects under way which really places them at the top tier of their sector.

You will be confident in managing relationships, being part of change and you will be able to challenge the norm - making suggestions and recommendations where you feel needed.
