Mission


Reporting to the Country Manager and the Global Human Resources Director your objective will be to manage all HR aspects of our events.

To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment of our operational teams:

  • Contributing each season to building a database of qualified fixed-term contract staff (approximately 500 contacts per season)
  • Organising recruitment sessions
  • Participating in recruitment interviews
  • Entering information into the database
  • Updating candidate records and information on a daily basis
  • Participating in recruitment forums

Weekly scheduling of Arlettie employees:

  • Ensuring compliance with the general management's budgets and HR needs for each event
  • Monitoring and optimising the budget on a daily basis
  • Scheduling based on each employee's specificities
  • Sending schedules to employees
  • Following up on employee schedule confirmations
  • Managing activity-related specificities and unforeseen circumstances: team reinforcements, employee replacements, etc.
  • Managing external security providers: scheduling, quotes, invoicing

Administrative management of HR activities:

  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Declaring employees to relevant authorities
  • Entering and managing hours worked on a daily basis
  • Sending payroll information to our payroll service provider
  • Following up on employee requests on a daily basis

Participating in the development of our department through project management on various topics.

Profile


With a minimum of a two- or three-year degree in Human Resources, you have initial experience in a recruitment agency or in an HR role, ideally within the retail sector.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy human interaction.

You are known for your strong attention to detail and your affinity for working with numbers. You are adaptable and thrive in ever-changing environments.

You are persistent and fully committed to the success of your missions.

Excellent command of Excel is essential.


Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.

Transportation costs are reimbursed at 80%.
