D2C subscription brand

Central London – 3 days a week in the office

£30k–£42k (depending on experience)

We’re so excited to be working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C brands . This team has built something seriously special, they’re scaling super-fast and doing BIG numbers in the performance space. Think £500k+ ad spend a month across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is not your average brand.

They’re now looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join their in-house creative squad, building out thumb-stopping ads that convert. If you’ve got a creative brain wired for performance marketing, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:

⭐ At least 1 year of experience in performance creative (in-house or agency)

⭐ You’ve worked with D2C e-com brands and get what makes them tick

⭐ Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads

⭐ Killer eye for scroll-stopping content

⭐ You bring bold, weird, out-there ideas and love testing what works

⭐ You’re hungry to learn and will bring vibes to the team
