Our client, a global firm are looking to hire an Associate Reward Partner to join their team in London on a hybrid basis.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing reward practice and deliver reward solutions to some of the largest corporations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries consulting on reward matters
Offer your expertise across reward including reward strategy, job architecture and incentive design
Identify opportunities to develop new business
Develop tailored services to each client based on their specific needs
Participate in the RPF process as a subject matter expert on reward
Oversee the successful delivery of client projects
Work closely with internal departments

Key Requirements:

At least 10 years Reward experience
Must have strong technical reward knowledge and experience
Experience mentoring and leading a team
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to aid decision making
Commercial awareness is needed for this opportunity
Ability to build strong valuable relationships both internally and externally including stakeholders
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
