WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?


As a Valuation Automation Administrator you will play a pivotal role in onboarding clients’ valuation report templates onto our platform. This will involve working with the client to understand their template’s design and offer suggestions for improvement, automating the template in alignment with client specifications and conducting testing. This role serves as a cornerstone in our software ecosystem, delivering significant value to clients while preserving their branding and autonomy. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to other aspects of the company including customer success, account management, and product development.



WHAT ARE THE MAIN DUTIES?


  • Review and validate clients' valuation report templates, identifying inconsistencies, errors, or omissions.
  • Collaborate with clients to map data automation features to corresponding sections within their templates.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise valuation report templates.
  • Maintain templates by promptly incorporating client-requested updates and modifications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Valuation Automation Administrator and customer success team to deliver exceptional service and support.



WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?


  • Degree Educated
  • 2 years' experience in document automation. Any experience within the property industry would be a plus
  • Experience using automation tools such as HotDocs, Legito, Avvoka, Contract Express, Upslide, FastFields, Templafy, etc.
  • Comfortable reviewing client templates, providing expert suggestions, mapping data to templates, and working independently across multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills as Client interaction is a core part of the role
  • Expert in Microsoft Word (especially Developer Tab, Styles, troubleshooting etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing several projects concurrently
  • Confident liaising with clients and taking ownership of work
