We have recently been made aware of increasing occurrences of scams where individuals are posing as HR representatives of companies in the games industry, to gain personal information, such as conducting interviews or sending offers of employment over email, text, or over instant messaging services. These scams can be quite sophisticated and appear legitimate.

Act III interviews are only ever conducted over video calls or in person. We would never ask for personal details prior to an interview.
