With clients across Europe, Bermuda, and the U.S., the firm operates at the forefront of strategic recruitment and market intelligence.

The Role:

The Associate will work closely with senior leadership—Directors and Consultants—on a range of high-impact executive search projects. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines market-facing research with internal delivery and coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping client outcomes and advancing candidate careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare polished documentation such as proposal letters, role briefs, and candidate profiles
  • Coordinate all search logistics, including interview scheduling and international travel arrangements
  • Participate in interviews, capturing notes and insights to support evaluation and decision-making
  • Manage the firm’s CRM and data systems, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping
  • Support business development through client engagement, market research, and event coordination

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a customer- or client-facing role
  • Strong written communication skills and research ability
  • Technologically proficient, especially with Office 365 and CRM platforms
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional, resilient, and confident, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team, showing initiative and adaptability

The Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative, ambitious, and early-stage firm with a clearly defined growth trajectory. Founded in 2016, the company offers a vibrant working environment and the chance to be involved in both strategic decision-making and day-to-day execution. The position includes a hybrid working model, combining remote flexibility with in-person collaboration in the City of London.

Company Culture:

The firm values hard work, mutual support, and a sense of enjoyment in the workday. It fosters a professional but friendly environment where colleagues are motivated by impact, continuous learning, and long-term client relationships.
