Private Client Solicitor – Southport

A highly respected full-service law firm in Southport is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified to 3 years PQE solicitor who is passionate about private client work and looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills, probate, and estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning
• Powers of attorney
• Complex matters involving business, agricultural, and foreign assets

They will also support the day-to-day operations of the team and act as the de facto number two in a close-knit, four-person unit—playing a key role in the team’s continued success and development.
