Internal Recruiter – Professional Services – EMEA | Global Tech Brand

Bishopsgate, London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

£45 per hour + holiday pay | Inside IR35

Start: July | Contract until February 2026

We’re hiring an experienced internal recruiter to join the EMEA talent team at one of the world’s most admired tech companies, a brand known for innovation, purpose, and global reach.

This role is ideally suited to a mid-level recruiter with a track record of hiring across professional services roles in EMEA. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple EMEA markets
• Building proactive pipelines and engaging high-quality passive candidates
• Shaping hiring strategies and advising senior stakeholders
• Telling a compelling company story to attract top talent
• Driving referrals through employee engagement and internal networks
• Partnering with HR, Finance, and Compensation teams to align on hiring
• Using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth tech company
• Success in high-volume hiring across EMEA for roles like Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Managers
• Strong working knowledge of EMEA employment law, benefit structures, and regional hiring nuances
• Confidence engaging and closing passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into hiring strategy
• A positive, collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive hiring
