Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out assembly tasks as per established procedures and guidelines
• Ensuring all assembled products meet the required standards of quality and safety
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure factory efficiency
• Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the workplace
• Participating in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Assisting in other production-related activities as required
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Experience in assembly within a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting
• Flexibility to work in various shifts if required
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and manual handling
