The Role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Operations to lead our growing teams and initiatives. You will set the roadmap, scale the team, and help us deliver a robust, secure, and performant decentralized GPU network.


Key Responsibilities – Head of Operations

Operational Strategy: Own and evolve the operational infrastructure supporting a globally distributed technology and product ecosystem.

Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing operations, support, and cross-functional execution teams across logistics, compliance, and service delivery.

Strategic Execution: Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate organizational vision into scalable and efficient operational processes.

Process Optimization: Ensure internal operations are streamlined, cost-effective, and scalable across global teams and business units.

Risk & Compliance Management: Champion operational risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and best practices in security, procurement, and vendor management.

Ecosystem Engagement: Foster relationships with strategic partners, service providers, and community stakeholders to support organizational growth.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Align operations with product delivery, finance, investor relations, and strategic initiatives to ensure seamless execution.


Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or technical program management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth or distributed environments (e.g., cloud-native, global teams, remote-first).
  • Strong familiarity with blockchain/Web3 ecosystems, including decentralized networks, compliance nuances, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or compute infrastructure operations is a significant plus (e.g., managing GPU resources, vendor logistics, or infrastructure procurement).
  • Understanding of open-source community dynamics and developer ecosystem needs.
  • Experience leading remote and interdisciplinary teams across time zones.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder alignment.

  • Project & Ops Tools: Notion, Jira, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com
  • Data & BI Tools: Tableau, Metabase, Google Data Studio
  • DevOps Familiarity (Plus): Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure monitoring
  • Web3 Ecosystem Tools: Etherscan, Tenderly, The Graph, Cosmos Hub
  • AI Ops Stack (Plus): MLflow, Weights & Biases, Ray Serve monitoring
