Estimator – Fit Out & Refurbishment | London Division | Global Tier 1 Contractor

Location: London, UK

Full-Time | Permanent

£70,000 to £80,000 + package

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a fast-growing division of a global construction leader? Want to be part of a team that's building something special in London?

We're the London arm of a Tier 1 main contractor with a major footprint across Australia and New Zealand. Our UK division is expanding rapidly and we’re delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across central London – typically valued up to £10 million.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Estimator who can bring both experience and energy to our Pre Construction team.

The Role:

You'll play a key part in our pre-construction team, working closely with clients, project managers, and design teams to develop winning tenders and cost plans. From initial enquiry through to final submission, you'll take ownership of the estimating process on a range of exciting, fast-paced projects in the commercial, workplace, and hospitality sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for fit out and refurbishment projects up to £10M
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Working with the wider team to develop value engineering options and buildability advice
• Presenting tender submissions and participating in client meetings where required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit out / refurbishment sector
• Background working with a main contractor or specialist fit out contractor
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident using estimating software (e.g. Conquest, Causeway, Excel)
