Job description

A top-tier international law firm is seeking a high-performing 4–7 PQE Associate to join its elite London Employment team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers UK and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value employment matters for global clients across sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, transport, publishing, and consumer products.

The team is known for its strength in:

• Strategic HR advisory and cross-border employment projects
• TUPE, outsourcing, and large-scale restructuring
• High-stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Discrimination, whistleblowing, and data privacy issues
• Multi-jurisdictional compliance, investigations, and global transactions

The practice is particularly active in international mandates, advising on carve-outs, M&A transactions, and workforce change initiatives. Associates are given early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the chance to work on some of the most cutting-edge employment issues in the market.
