Electrical Fitter

Location: Bromborough

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join a Manufacturing client in Bromborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in electrical installation, general fit-out, and wiring.

About the Role:

• Undertake disassembly, refurbishment, and assembly of specialist equipment.
• Carry out electrical fault-finding and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the design team.
• Contribute to both new build projects and maintenance or repair work on marine craft.
• Interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings and schematics.
• Take the lead in promoting a culture focused on quality, cleanliness, and ongoing improvement.
• Support and motivate team members while ensuring work is delivered to high standards.
• Overtime work may be required as per business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Time-served / apprentice-trained electrical fitter or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical discipline — certification proof required.

Experience:

• A track record in electrical fitting, assembly, or maintenance.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
• Good planning and organisational abilities, with a proactive and consistent work ethic.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
