We're Hiring: Conveyancer – Sheffield

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid/office-based options)

Role: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30K–£40K DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and/or commercial property transactions
• Draft contracts, conduct property searches, manage completions
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and legal teams
• Ensure legal accuracy and regulatory compliance

About You:

• Proven experience in conveyancing (qualified/licensed or equivalent)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Confident handling your own caseload from start to finish
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
