Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in office


About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable People Partner to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and enabling a high-performance culture across Gibraltar and Malta.

This is a dynamic and highly visible position where you'll collaborate with specialist teams across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Development to implement solutions that drive engagement, development, and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters
  • Represent the People team across leadership forums in Gibraltar and Malta
  • Use people data and insights to drive decisions and influence outcomes
  • Coach managers to lead with empathy, emotional intelligence, and clarity
  • Partner with leaders on complex employee relations matters, resolving root causes
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, policy development, and people projects
  • Work with the Senior People Partner to shape and deliver local people strategies
  • Support consistent and compliant people operations in line with Gibraltar regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance culture and employee development


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in a HR Business Partner / People Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex people topics
  • Expertise in leading people projects and driving continuous improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of Gibraltar employment law, with interest in Maltese and other jurisdictions
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving challenges
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and geographies
  • Passion for people, inclusion, and creating a thriving workplace culture
