Sourcing Partner – Financial Services – Milton Keynes (Hybrid, Contract)

Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a skilled Sourcing Partner to support talent acquisition across critical hiring areas including STEM, Specialist, and Volume roles.

Key Details:

• Location: Milton Keynes
• Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office
• Contract Type: 3 Month Day rate contract
• Rate: Up to £250 per day
• Function: HR – Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using market research and sourcing tools
• Shortlist and present candidates to recruiters
• Maintain talent pools and recruitment data in Workday
• Champion diversity and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing and talent attraction
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and data tracking
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
