Paraplanner to Adviser – Award-Winning Chartered IFA – London – Salary up to £50k + bonus

Are you a driven Paraplanner with aspirations to step into an advisory role? This is a standout opportunity to join an award-winning Chartered IFA practice in London, supporting a high-performing Director and top-billing Financial Adviser.

You'll be at the heart of a dynamic and high-achieving team, contributing to the full client journey — from producing suitability reports and undertaking detailed cashflow modelling, to attending client meetings and helping deliver exceptional outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management firm
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or above)
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering client-focused advice
• A self-starter with the ambition to grow into an advisory role
