Role: Microbial Product Development Scientist

Location: Lab based – Norwich.

• Entrepreneurial minded – Self-starter with opportunity to lead Development from start to product.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Microbiology, Bioprocessing, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Microbial knowledge
• Lab skills
• Applied science
• Product development acumen
• Experience within following sub-sectors - AgBio, biopesticides, biofertilizers, industrial biotech (Nice to have)

Opening a new Lab, the hiring company are looking for a Microbial development Scientist able to work on their own initiative and take high-performing microbial isolates from lab discovery through to manufacture-able, field-ready biological insecticide products.
