Kenton Black are currently recruiting for a permanent Quantity Surveyor opportunity in Dundee area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction firm. The client is seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage the financial aspects of construction projects with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and contract reports
- Monitor and control project budgets throughout the build lifecycle
- Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage risk
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams

What You Bring:

- Solid experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the construction industry
- A detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience
