About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate confidently. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams with accurate, efficient, and innovative solutions using our full product range.


Responsibilities


  • To assist in the technical support of customers and potential customers.
  • To assist in the understanding and correct application of our full range of products.
  • To assist in the day-to-day handling of queries from clients, or potential clients and sales team.
  • To promote new products and full building solutions.
  • To assist in the development of UK products.
  • Assist in the preparation of priced estimates, budgets and other data on Reyna Pro to satisfy customer and sales requirements as necessary. Training will be provided for this software.
  • The Reyna Pro also promotes section generation for Auto Cad and thermal calculations.
  • To provide project specific solutions.
  • To provide building interface solutions.
  • To ensure cost effective solution every time.
  • To record activities on salesforce on a daily basis.
  • To have the ability to use finite element software (Bisco/Therm) Not essential as training will be provided.
  • Ability to produce static strength calculations using existing software. Again training can be provided for this.
  • To assist in the product testing of Reynaers products. This will involve design proposals and interface detailing.
  • Customer visits where required to provide customers with engineered solution for the Reynaers product.



Qualifications


Method: The preparation of CAD drawings, bills of materials and technical specifications. The use of specific software to generate Structural, thermal and CE verification. A good understanding of the façade products and their application to building structure.

  • To maintain adequate records at all times.
  • All other activities that may be deemed necessary.
