With so much recent attention on Pricing — especially with the rise of data-driven case pricing and model development — it’s easy to overlook just how critical Reserving and Capital roles are within the actuarial space.

Whether it’s the challenge of setting accurate reserves in an uncertain environment (so much going on in the world right now!) or the strategic lens that capital modelling brings to decision-making, these roles offer incredible depth and impact.

These roles are slightly more "quietly" driving stability, solvency, and future strategy behind the scenes.
