Job description

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates. This role involves identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment process, recommending enhancements, and improving the quality of hire and applicant experience.
  2. Tasked with sourcing talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles in Europe with a focus of data center positions. This responsibility involves using a variety of international recruitment methods to identify and attract potential candidates to fulfill talent acquisition targets.
  3. Monitor employment trends in key business regions and assist the recruitment leader with periodic industry analyses. Contribute to the creation of reports through strategic talent interviews, offering insights into industry movements, company operations, organizational structures, and the talent market within specific sectors.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding and university engagement strategies on a global scale. Activities include coordinating university presentations, technical events, and promoting employee referral initiatives.


Minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years' proficiency in sophisticated talent acquisition methodologies, including but not limited to Boolean search techniques, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and proficiency in utilizing various sourcing platforms and innovative recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated skill in employing diverse sourcing strategies.
  • A proven analytical mindset when addressing challenges.
  • Full professional fluency in English; Mandarin listening and speaking skills are required as the role will need to communicate with stakeholders in China.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing within the domains of data center operation managers, technical project managers, or any data center related roles in a professional setting.
  • A proven ability to devise and implement strategies for building a pool of candidates, encompassing aspects such as process refinements and the evaluation of interview conversion rates.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, project coordination prowess, and organizational acumen, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.
