Site Supervisor – Furniture & Acoustic Installations in Hoddesdon

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-site
• Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients and contractors
• Ensure installations are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure health & safety compliance
• Coordinate van loading, delivery, and offloading of furniture
• Act as the first point of contact for the team and report directly to company director
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
• Take photos and keep accurate records of completed work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in furniture installations or office fit-outs
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude
• Confident dealing with clients and contractors
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred but not essential)
• CSCS card (preferred – or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to read floorplans/drawings is a bonus
