Associate – Asset Management (Class of 2020+) US Law Firm – London Office

This major US Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate to join a growing Asset Management team in London. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and cutting-edge fund formation and investment matters alongside a market-leading team, with significant exposure to high-profile clients and sophisticated cross-border work.

• England & Wales Qualified or equivalent - class of 2020 or later.
• Top-tier training from a leading law firm with a strong focus on private funds / asset management.
• Demonstrated experience advising sponsors or investors on private fund formation, particularly in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or credit strategies.
• A strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career at the firm.
