Associate - Tax Lawyer (2-5 PQE) in City of London

A leading US law firm is seeking a high-performing 2–5 PQE Associate to join its elite London tax team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value cross-border transactions involving global clients across sectors such as private equity, finance, energy, and infrastructure.

The team is led by highly regarded practitioners with deep experience in:

• Tax structuring for cross-border M&A and private equity deals
• International finance and capital markets transactions
• Fund formation and structuring
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Tax aspects of financial instruments and derivatives

The practice is particularly active in advising on the tax implications of sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions, often in collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global offices. Associates are given early responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work on market-leading deals.
