Requirements


Demand Planner

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Demand Planner to join our fast-growing team. This role is central to optimising inventory, ensuring raw material and product availability, and supporting an agile and high-performing supply chain.

Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and logistics, you'll bring strategic thinking and data-led insight to forecast demand, manage inventory, and support the business in meeting customer expectations in a high-growth environment.

This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in-office), ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop demand plans to ensure 100% product availability and healthy stock levels.
  • Partner with production, sales, and logistics to achieve 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Use advanced forecasting tools and techniques to continually improve forecast accuracy.
  • Optimise stockholding to balance availability with reduced excess inventory.
  • Implement proactive measures to reduce inventory write-offs and increase cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor customer and market trends to refine forecasting models.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement across planning.


What You’ll Bring


  • Solid experience in demand planning, forecasting, or merchandising within an FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
