Interim HR Business Partner

MacGregor Black is proud to be working with a global leader in drinks manufacturing in the search for an Interim HR Business Partner. This is a contact role based in London.
Reporting to EMEA HR Director, you will play a critical role in delivering HR strategies that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. You will bring a deep understanding of global matrix structures and consumer markets, and excel at building relationships across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and design HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice on key HR areas including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead the rollout of HR initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights that drive business and employee performance.
- Champion learning and development initiatives, supporting capability building and career growth.
- Identify HR risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of HR business partnering experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced global environment.
- Proven ability to work within complex global matrix structures.
- Strong understanding of both local and international consumer markets.
- Commercially focused with sound business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
- HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
