2-6+PQE Corporate/Commercial Lawyer - Global Advertising Company (12 month FTC) in London Area

Job description

My client, a global listed advertising company based in Central London is now looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial lawyer on a 12 month FTC.

Reporting into the General Counsel your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Board and other key stakeholders on the full cycle of a wide range of corporate transactions including any acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures
• Drafting and negotiating an array of commercial contracts including terms and conditions, supply agreements, agency agreements, service agreements and introducer agreements
• Advising the business on other ad-hoc legal matters as and when needed

The ideal candidate will likely have 2-6+PQE as a Corporate Lawyer who has trained at a leading law firm and who is looking to progress their career in-house or you will already be in-house working as a Corporate/Commercial lawyer. Whilst experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is desirable it is not essential.

You will be a confident team player, technically and commercially strong, able to engage effectively with key stakeholders in the business and to deliver clear and succint legal advice.
