Role: Head of Operations - Manufacturing

Location: East Yorkshire based

Salary: c£60,000-£65,000 basic, bonus, pension & car allowance

Head of Operations – Manufacturing:

My client is a successful manufacturer, supplying Power products to a global customer base. A requirement has been made to recruit a first-class Head of Operations to spearhead the operational production & warehousing side of the business based in Yorkshire.

The role reports directly into the CEO and will head up all production, warehouse, purchasing, HSE, Facilities & Budgetary responsibilities. The position will oversee 24 reports, with 6 direct.

Candidate - Head of Operations – Manufacturing:

• You will need at least 5 years’ relevant operational experience in a manufacturing or engineering capacity.

• The successful candidate must be from a mechanically biased manufacturing company.

• Personal qualities must be someone who shows initiative, has clear thinking processes and above all someone that has personality and presence.

• You must be commutable to a factory in East Yorkshire.
