About Us

Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding legal practice with a strong reputation in the residential property sector. As they continue to grow across the North of England, we’re looking to assist them in finding experienced Conveyancers to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to their valued clients.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Working as part of an experienced and supportive team, you'll handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity with a client-focused and commercially aware approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Provide expert legal advice and maintain excellent client care
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

• Strong experience managing residential conveyancing files
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a focus on service excellence
