EMEA Events Lead – AI & Innovation

London (Onsite) | 6-Month Contract (Full time) | £55–£62/hour


We’re working with a pioneering global AI company that’s leading the charge in responsible and cutting-edge technology development. They’re now looking for an experienced EMEA Events Lead to join their communications team and shape world-class experiences that reflect their mission and values.

Regular travel across the EMEA region.


About the Role

You’ll play a key role in leading and executing the strategy and delivery of events across EMEA – from intimate leadership roundtables to thought leadership panels and developer community gatherings.

You’ll be at the forefront of designing bold, immersive, and meaningful experiences that engage global audiences and elevate innovation, community, and trust.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of events across EMEA, from concept through to flawless delivery
  • Translate global strategies into locally resonant experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Comms, Policy, Product, Marketing, and more
  • Lead vendor sourcing, logistics, budgeting, and on-site operations
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and high-profile attendees
  • Track event success and evolve strategy based on insight


Requirements:

  • 7+ years in high-impact event management, ideally in tech or innovation-led environments
  • Experience leading programmes across EMEA markets
  • A strong network of vendors and partners across the region
  • Confident working with senior executives and VIP stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation and interest in AI
  • Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills
