Pure Search are instructed on a rare and exciting opportunity with a leading name in the TMT space who are looking to grow their Commercial team at 1-4PQE.

The Firm:

Our client is one of the leading names in the TMT space, working with a range of household name clients across sport, media, technology, IP and entertainment. They are one of only a handful of firms that are consistently ranked as a Tier 1 practice by Legal 500. This role will see you work with some of the most recognisable names across sport, digital, interactive media and technology.

The Role:

The role will be a non-contentious position made up of a mix of commercial and IP matters, with a particular focus on sports and entertainment clients. This will include advising on commercial rights, soft IP, digital media, sports data, broadcasting and technology matters.

Clients will typically range from high-profile Premier League clubs and athletes through to broadcasters, sponsors and brands, investors, high-growth tech companies and talent agencies.

In many respects, the role is more akin to an in-house position as many of the clients you advise will not have in-house legal teams, which will provide huge variety day-to-day.

About You:

You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years post-qualification experience. Our client is unable to consider NQs for this position, unless you are approaching 1PQE.

You will have experience of either commercial contracts or non-contentious IP and be looking to apply your experience at one of the leading names in the TMT space.
