Are you a Senior Administrator with a background in Financial Planning or Investment Management?

Our client, a leading specialist in investment management and financial planning, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanning Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare suitability letters and non-complex recommendation reports
• Support paraplanners with research and documentation collation for financial planning reports
• Maintain accurate and compliant client files and CRM records
• Coordinate between internal teams and third-party providers to facilitate efficient workflows
• Schedule client meetings and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared
• Provide administrative support on ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Peer review and quality check colleagues’ work when required

About You:

• Experience in a senior administration role within an advisory/investment management setting
• CF1, R01 or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Strong academic background, with A-levels (or equivalent) and GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A–C or 5–9)
• Solid understanding of regulated financial advice and investment management
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel, and experienced in using client database systems
