  • Running user research to understand real needs and turn them into actionable insights
  • Developing, testing, and iterating prototypes based on feedback
  • Working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers in an open, collaborative environment
  • Bringing your expertise in user research and information architecture to craft experiences that just make sense

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Solid experience as a UX Designer (with real examples to share)
  • A track record of delivering MVPs and shaping products with user feedback
  • Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • Great communication skills: you’re comfortable sharing ideas, taking feedback, and working with stakeholders

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Competitive salary (Up to £50k) plus great benefits
  • Work alongside supportive, talented people who genuinely care about what they build
  • Learn from industry leaders and grow your craft

If you’re ready to take the next step in your UX career, and you want to do it in a team that truly values collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
