Quantity Surveyor – Bristol – Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractor

Up to £80,000 + Package | Fast-Track Fit-Out Projects | Bristol

We’re working with a Tier 1 specialist fit-out contractor with an exceptional track record in high-end office, commercial and retail fit-outs across the UK. Due to continued success, they’re looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team and support project delivery across the South West.

This role will see you working on fast-track, technically challenging projects, often in live environments for high-profile clients. You’ll have the backing of a top-tier commercial structure and clear routes to progression.

The role will include:

• Managing multiple small to mid-size fit-out packages
• Subcontract procurement and payments
• Client reporting and commercial risk management
• Supporting Senior QS or Commercial Manager on larger frameworks
