Development Surveyor (Graduate / Qualified)

Sussex (Hybrid working options may be considered)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Surveyor to join a well-established and forward-thinking property consultancy in the South East. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of development projects, supporting a wide range of clients with strategic land advice, development agency, and valuation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise landowners on commercial terms for promotion and option agreements
• Negotiate with land promoters and housebuilders
• Manage the sale of development land following planning approval
• Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports

Candidate Profile:

• MRICS qualified (or working towards) with a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Real Estate or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
