Project Controller – Defence Sector

Location: Bristol (with UK-wide client site travel)

A well-established consultancy is seeking a Project Controller to support delivery across major defence and government programmes. You’ll be responsible for tracking performance (cost, time, quality), managing project baselines, and enabling informed decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project controls or project delivery (P3M)
• Proficient in planning, risk, and schedule analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Understanding of EVM, risk tools, and planning software (MS Project or Primavera)
• Eligible for UK SC clearance (minimum 5 years’ residency)

Desirable:

• Defence or government background
• Professional certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMQ, MoR, EVM Foundation)
• Membership of APM/PMI
